 Kda Global Usa is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our mission is to sustainably serve our constituencies, marketplace, and partners. This is inextricably linked to engaging the Kenya diaspora through an ethics of care, enhancing their well-being in their adopted homelands, and facilitating their strategic involvement in the development of Kenya. Since Inception KDA Global Usa has energized collaboration among Kenyan diasporans to uplift Kenya and the communities we live in. KDA Global Usa is dedicated to providing virtual and physical forums to accelerate access to resources that foster partnership, knowledge sharing, and advance investment opportunities. We bring together a global network of Kenyans cans and friends of Kenya connecting entrepreneurs, investors, academics, and leaders of nonprofit organizations, corporations, and official development agencies to learn, engage, and co-create possibilities. Core values
As an Kenyan diaspora-led organization, we believe that the Diaspora remains intimately connected to Kenya and has vested interest in solving the social, environmental and economic issues that impact their families, villages, cities, and counties. We believe that opportunities abound for innovation, social entrepreneurship, and impact investing. The Kenyan Diaspora collectively sends over US$4billion in remittance money annually. Of the unused remittance money, an estimated US$5-10 billion are available for savings and investments. Kda global Usa strives to be the platform that can strategically advise these funds to drive impact by Kenyans on the African continent.
We believe in the need for an intra-Kenyan voice for collaboration, including voices of Africans abroad. There are over 3 million Kenyans in the Diaspora, presenting countless opportunities for collaboration and community building beyond one’s own country. Developing a continental approach to building and strengthening diaspora relationships and partnerships is essential for moving Kenya forward. |  |

Since our founding we have been gradually building a network which permits us to harness the global intellectual capacity of Kenyans in the Diaspora and friends of Africa in order to promote business and economic development across the continent and the communities in which we live. |
